George Eads has the most appearances of all CSI members with a total of 323 episodes and 12 where he is credited but didn't appear. Ironically, he wasn't in the series finale TV movie CSI: Immortality (2015) because his character Nick Stokes exited the show after the season 15 finale (Stokes was promoted to director of San Diego crime lab).
