During the fistfight between Stanley and Dorian toward the end of the film, if you listen closely, Stanley's punches sound harder. Even the defining punch he gives to Dorian which sends him flying backward into a lottery slot machine sound and look harder. This signifies that Stanley has finally stood up for himself without wearing The Mask. Though, wearing The Mask had subconsciously influenced him to stand up for himself and be assertive.
