[23:47] When Paul Kersey goes out, he is seen walking in the background, with the Pioneer Chicken mascot (Pioneer Pete) in the foreground. Between Pioneer Pete's left arm and head and just above Paul's head part of a pizza restaurant's sign can be seen. This was Vincenzo Pizza, would would later that year be the site of the fictional Pink Pizza in the opening scene L'ultima vergine americana (1982). The same Pioneer Chicken is also in the background in El DeBarge's "Rhythm Of The Night" video. This was at the intersection of Hollywood & Western which is mentioned on the radio at [34:24] by Jeri (Paul Kersey's girlfriend) when she is giving the local news. He says, "that's it kiddo, give them the local news".On the southeast corner of the same intersection is a red line Metro subway station which was used in Grand Theft Auto V (2013).
