Although Ulquiorra Cifer, is ranked as the 4th Vasto Lorde, he might have been the strongest of them all. He is the only Vasto Lorde in the entire series to have achieved a second Resurrection Release, making him excruciatingly more powerful than a(n) already released Vasto Lorde. Ulquiorra state's to Ichigo that Aizen has never seen his second form, although that does not quite mean Aizen doesn't know about it.
