A list of running gags on this show included: Muscle Man (Sam Marin) making jokes about his mother. Pops (Sam Marin) mistaking lollipops and other candy for money. Benson (Sam Marin) telling Mordecai (J.G. Quintel) and Rigby (William Salyers) to clean their messes, and telling them they will be fired if they don't. Mordecai acting weird and shy around Margaret (Janie Haddad Tompkins), due to his crush on her. Rigby getting punched by Mordecai every time he says or does something mean, selfish, or stupid. Skips (Mark Hamill) having seen something before.
