James Bond and one of the main villains, "C" (Max Denbigh), only share one scene in the entire movie, which is unusual for a Bond movie. After Bond meets "C" at the start of this movie in "M"'s office, Bond never sees him again. Bond doesn't actually really do anything to stop "C" from launching the Nine Eyes intelligence program system; this is all done by "Q" and "M".
