Tarmak was a Bang Baby that appeared in Static Shock: Where the Rubber Meets the Road (2004) whose appearance resembled the original Milestone Media design of D-Struct in the comics. The animated version of D-Struct on this TV series appeared in Static Shock: The Breed (2000), with a different design that was glowing white with a purple hue.
