Peter Outerbridge (Charles Langdon) has the dubious honour of playing the first character in 24 to torture Jack Bauer. He played Ronnie Stark, one of the mercenaries who interrogate Jack Bauer for the location of the evidence-containing computer chip in Season 2 in the 2am-3am episode, his character also appearing briefly in the following episode.
