As had already been mentioned, Dennis Miller and director Gil Adler overall didn't get along and regularly had trouble working together. Dennis Miller's last scene to shoot was the climax of the film with the big final battle with Angie Everhart's character. On a podcast, Adler recalls that when shooting was finished and Miller was overall done with the movie, Miller went over to director Gil Adler, gave him a big hug, and asked Adler if he and his wife would have dinner with Dennis and his wife if they ever offered him an invitation. Adler matter-of-factly told him "No." as well as that he no longer wants to be anywhere near Miller or have anything to do with him and then walked away though Miller thought Adler was joking. But Adler and Miller had to work together again for reshoots later.
