Other celebrities who attended the premiere (but who were not interviewed on camera) included: Humphrey Bogart (who arrived late), Marlene Dietrich, Frank Sinatra, Audrey Hepburn, Gary Cooper (I)', Dorothy Dandridge and her sister Vivian Dandridge, Harry Belafonte, Sammy Davis Jr., Errol Flynn, Pier Angeli (with James Dean as her date), Jerry Lewis, Rosemary Clooney and José Ferrer, Elia Kazan, Mickey Rooney, Rock Hudson and Phyllis Gates, Charlton Heston, and Marilyn Monroe (who had to sneak in through the back door of the Pantages Theater when paparazzi started following her car. She had filed for divorce from Joe DiMaggio only several days before.)
