Santa's full Chinese name Huang Qing Shin is hard for Europeans to pronounce, so she chooses a nickname to suit wherever she is working. She called herself Kitty when she was at a pet shop, Miso at a health food shop, and at a bakery she was Muffin, or "Muff" for short. This was a British gag to get past the American censors, as "muff" is British slang for a woman's pubic hair. Emilia Clarke is clearly holding back a laugh when Santa says she used to be called "Muff."
