Danielle Fishel later admitted (on a virtual reunion) that she was not actually a fan of this series and felt the returned characters were being used too much to the side/background, the focus was on the young stars (the returned characters were basically 'hooks' to connect this series with 'Boy Meets World'). Fishel felt that there should be a 'sequel' series focusing on the further adventures of the main characters after the years that had passed since.
