During Spock's funeral while Scotty is playing the bagpipes, if you look very closely below the railing you will see his right hand on the pipe chanter and can make out his missing middle finger. James Doohan was very careful to hide his missing middle finger throughout the series. It is tough to see here and shown only briefly, but can be spotted once you look closely.
