Which of the two killers was active each scene and/or committed which murders can be figured out if paying close attention and keeping track of where Debbie and Mickey were at the time: Phil Stevens - This one is open to interpretation, as it could have been either of them. There's no way to really tell. It's more than likely Mickey though, as he could have immediately donned Phil's clothes to kill Maureen. That being said, a woman's voice is heard on the other stall, so it's possible that, to save time, Debbie killed Phil and hid the body while Mickey put on his clothes.Maureen Evans - It's without a doubt that Mickey posed as Phil to kill Maureen, as Debbie would have been too obvious if she had tried to wear the disguise.Cici Cooper - Both Debbie and Mickey were unaccounted for when she was killed, so there's no way to know for sure which of the two killed her. It's more than likely that it was Mickey yet again, as Debbie was the mastermind and the caller on the phone, and the Ghostface who attacks Cici has no phone. She also has no reason to kill Cici, as she only wanted Mickey to perform the copycat killings so that her revenge against Sidney and Gale would be undetected. It's worth mentioning though that the caller did also know a bit too many details about Cici for it to be Debbie, which would mean that it was Mickey since he shared a class with her. A woman's grunt can be faintly heard when Cici throws her bicycle at Ghostface, hinting at it being Debbie.Randy Meeks - Debbie killed him for insulting her son, as she confessed to it. It's possible that he's her only kill in the film, which would mean Debbie has the lowest kill count out of all the Ghostface killers in the series.Sidney's Greek House Attack - This one would be Debbie, as she told Gale that she had a deadline to meet and quickly took off, followed by Sidney's attack. It would make sense, because she has a personal vendetta against Sidney.Sidney's Theatre Scare - This would be Mickey, as he actually knows his way around the theatre, being a student at the college. Debbie Loomis in the ending gets lost on the stage and doesn't know her way around it.Sidney's IM - Mickey would have been responsible, as he had access to the college computers.Dewey's Attack - Debbie Loomis, as she also wants to seek vengeance against Gale for her son's death, and attacked Dewey because he was in the way. A woman's grunts can be faintly heard during this scene, indicating that it's her.Officer Andrews - Mickey killed him, as Debbie was off attacking Gale and Dewey when he attacked the police cruiser. Debbie only wanted to kill Gale, and attacked Dewey just for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. When Mickey unmasks himself, he has a large cut on his forehead, which he got from crashing the police cruiser.Officer Richards - Same reason as Officer Andrews.Hallie McDaniel - Mickey killed her, as it happened in the same scene shortly after the deaths of Andrews and Richards.Derek Feldman - Mickey kills him onscreen by shooting him.
