The closing credit for Admiral Halsey is mentioned as one of only four men to obtain the rank of Fleet Admrial (5 stars).The closing credits for Admiral Nimitz fail to mention he was one of the others. Halsey was the junior 5 star admiral. The other two were Fleet Admiral Leahy (ranking 5 star officer in all branches) and Fleet Admiral King (CNO for most of WWII, but who did NOT promote Nimitz to CINCPAC as shown in the movie, that was Admiral Stark)
