Balthazar Bratt's lair seems to contain references to the Neon Mix Tape level of the video game Plants vs. Zombies 2 (2013). Notice the yellow video arcade consoles, the floor with squares outlined in a lighted grid, the yellow-wheeled roller skates, the large speakers, the keytar, the boombox, and the triangle-shaped decorations.
