As of 2022, Cook County Hospital (now John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County), Illinois Bell (now owned by AT&T), the Chicago Hilton and Towers, and the Chicago PD are still in business.The Chicago river is still turned green on St. Patrick's Day as well.
