Tom Cavanaugh, Matt Letscher, and Victor Garber previously worked together on the TV show Eli Stone (2008-2009). On Eli Stone, Cavanaugh played Letscher's father in flashbacks, and Garber played the main character's boss. On the Flash, Letscher and Cavanaugh both played Eobard Thrawne / Harrison Wells, while Garber plays Professor Martin Stein and on Legends Of Tomorrow in the second season Letscher's character briefly masquerade as Garber's character.
