Bill Hader's three young children wanted to see this film. Yet, due to the film's R rating and the mature content the film has, he wasn't too keen on allowing them to see it. Instead, Hader showed his daughters the film, I ragazzi vincenti (1993) and lied to them by saying that they were watching this film. However, his daughters weren't fooled and didn't believe him.
