Gandalf finding the ancient tombs at the High Fells of Rhudaur in which the Nazgûl used to be imprisoned is an invention of the movie. Nowhere in the Hobbit or Lord of the Rings novels, nor in any other official piece of Middle-earth lore is it stated that the Nazgûl were ever killed and buried; they fled and went into hiding instead.
