The high rise building seen in the first season opening credits is the Park 900 Condominiums located at the corner of Park Avenue and 79th St. in Manhattan. While the building is suppose to be the exterior of Phillip Drummond's 30th floor penthouse, the building has no penthouses and only has 28 floors. Footage of the building was removed from the opening credits after season one as producers never sought permission to feature the building's facade.
