David Naughton revealed on the 2002 DVD commentary for this film that he had a huge crush on Jenny Agutter before meeting her on set because he saw her nude in a National Theatre production of "Equus" years before. When an interviewer mentioned that to Agutter, she said she starred in the film version of Equus (1977) but never in a theater production. She figured Naughton must have seen another woman and gotten confused, so he only thought he had a crush on Agutter all that time.
