At one point both Titans walk on all fours Godzilla utilizes this to terrifying effect when he really loses his temper against Kong and goes all out, attacking Kong with such speed and ferocity that the King of the Apes simply can't keep up. And Kong himself walks upright most of the time but knuckle-walks like a typical ape when running in the Hollow Earth.
