On numerous occasions the legends have the ability to gank either the main bad guy or his henchmen (for example in Season 1, Savage after having been incapacitated could have been locked in an inescapable box and dropped to the bottom of the ocean), yet they never do and the bad guy/guys escape. Doing so would of course drastically shorten each season.
