In the toy shop, just before Shazam and Sivana step on the giant keyboard Shazam passes by an action figurine of the Reaper (seen with a red costume and scythe-like tools). The Reaper is a rival vigilante to Batman, and was the inspiration for the Phantasm anti-hero in Batman - La maschera del fantasma (1993).The toy seen in the film was an actual toy the prop department found and put in the film.
