The UK VHS release of the film was censored with a lot of graphic scenes missing, like Batman fighting Two-Face's henchmen and Two-Face shooting the pilot to the helicopter he is escaping in and Edward Nygma pushing his supervisor out of the window, to stay within a PG Rating.
