This movie marks the first time in the series (including the Alien vs Predator spin-offs) that a Predator is killed by firearms, as McKenna (Boyd Holbrook) finishes the giant Predator off with headshots. Previous Predators were often wounded by bullets, but finally killed by being blown up, gutted, or decapitated.
