Before Ben Affleck was cast as Bruce Wayne a.k.a. Batman, he was reportedly approached by Warner Bros. to direct a Justice League film adaptation, in which he would have also portrayed Batman. He was also previously approached to direct L'uomo d'acciaio (2013).
