As in her previous movies, actress Evanna Lynch designed a lot for her Luna Lovegood character, including what she wore, jewelry, and things for the Lovegood's house. She even came up with their dance moves for the wedding scene, which she based on the concept of "wafting wrackspurts away" (which is how it's said to have looked to Harry in the novel).
