(at around 1h 4 mins) Right before Bee/Annabelle possesses Janice in the barn, Janice is in a wheelchair being pushed into the barn by a person dressed like a nun. More than likely, it's Valak in his Nun form since the Conjuring Universe seems to revolve around Valak and the Annabelle demon apparently working together to cause terror and hurt people.
