It's a bit of a mystery if Goku has ever had any type of intimacy with ChiChi, obviously; even though they have children; Gohan & Goten. In DBZ (Dragon Ball Z) during the "Cell Saga" when Goku recovers from his heart condition, right before he teleports from Kame House, Goku & ChiChi are seem to show themselves drawn together to say goodbye, although they're faces are off screen, so you can't really tell if they kissed or simply hugged. There is also a better reference in DBS (Dragon Ball Super) During the "Future Trunks Saga" when Trunks chews a Senzu Bean, to feed it to Mai via mouth to mouth, as she in unconscious and can't swallow. Making Goku asks "why he is doing such a weird thing". Resulting in Vegeta asking him if he has never done that. to which Goku replies "No" shocking Vegeta as he replies "But your married" as Goku replied "What's that go to do with it" Confirming Goku has never kissed ChiChi at all.
