(at around 1h 50 mins) When Pepper is revealed to have survived the fall into the fire, she punctures a House Party Protocol suit, taking it offline before tearing out its arm for her to use. This suit appears to be the Mark VII (though it could be one of the miscellaneous suits from Marks VIII through XIV), despite it clearly being blown up during the attack on Tony's Mansion, along with the six previous suits before it.
