In a 2018 interview, hip-hop producer Nick Mira said that after watching Léon and hearing Sting's song "Shape Of My Heart" at the end of the film, he was inspired to sample the song and use it for the beat that eventually became Juice WRLD's breakout single, "Lucid Dreams".
