Third James Bond movie to feature him strapped to a bench structure and tormented by a high-tech device. The first was in Agente 007 - Missione Goldfinger (1964), with a laser, and similarly the second was in Il mondo non basta (1999), with La morte può attendere (2002) also featuring a menacing high-tech device which tormented Jinx Johnson (Halle Berry), who was nearly cut with a laser in the laboratory of Mr. Kil (Lawrence Makoare).
