During the closing credits the dining table appears with increasing numbers of silverware. Hyacinth refers to her copy of 'Modern Etiquette' and then moves the dessert fork and spoon from above the place setting to either side of it, closest to the plate. This is correct to the book 'Modern Etiquette' written by Moyra Bremner. (Page 69 Laying a table)
