The neck restraint worn by both The Riddler and The Joker whilst incarcerated at Arkham Asylum, is similar to the one worn by Victor Szasz in the 'Arkham' video game series. Victor Szasz is a serial killer in the DC Universe and also a member of Batman's rogues gallery.
