During the mental hospital scene, where Hideko is pretending to be the handmaiden before Sook-hee gets taken away, Hideko's Japanese dialect is subbed with Korean Chungcheong Province dialect. This is because that's where Sookhee is originally from. During part 1, the Count mentioned to Sook-hee in his room "All they talk about is you at Eun-Po", which is the town at Chungcheong Province.
