Katey Sagal played Kaley Cuoco's mother on the show, in episode 10.1, The Big Bang Theory: The Conjugal Conjecture (2016). They also played mother and daughter on 8 semplici regole... per uscire con mia figlia (2002) (later just called '8 Simple Rules. . .' after the passing of John Ritter).
