(at around 7 mins) Sideways (the Audi R8 in Shanghai) is the only Transformer in the film franchise to die in vehicle mode. However it is entirely possible that throughout the various explosions and air strikes in this film, Transformers 3 (2011), Transformers 4 - L'era dell'estinzione (2014) and Transformers - L'ultimo cavaliere (2017) some unnamed protoforms could have died in vehicle mode as well.
