Ash has caught at least one starter Pokemon in every region, except for the Galar region. Ash caught all three regional starters in Kanto, Johto and Unova; In Sinnoh and Alola, he caught two each (Infernape and Torterra; Rowlet and Incineroar, respectively); In Hoenn and Kalos, he caught one each (Greninja and Sceptile, respectively).
