In season 2, Ladybug and Master Fu discover recipes for potions that grant kwamis special power-ups. Originally the potions were going to come from magic stones instead of a recipe. The stones would have included the yellow Stone of the Sun which grants flying power, the lilac Pearl of the Mysteries which grants infinite Lucky Charms, the pinkish-purple Pearl of the Heart which cures the akumatized, the aqua Pearl of the Sea which grants the ability to breathe underwater and swim rapidly., and the white Stone of the Moon which grants the power to fly and breathe in the vacuum of space. One part of this idea that made it into the final show is that there is a potion for breathing underwater and swimming rapidly and one for breathing and flying in outer space, and they are colored green and purple, respectively.
