Noland (Laurence Fishburne) tells the others that he's from the Air Calvary. After Royce confirms he too was dropped in by parachute, Noland laughs and hums the tune of Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries". In "Apocalypse Now", the Air Calvary attacks a Vietcong base while playing the same song- Laurence Fishburne starred in "Apocalypse Now".
