Second of two major appearances of Ernst Stavro Blofeld in the official James Bond film franchise where he is seen with hair, as he had been in Agente 007 - Una cascata di diamanti (1971), where he was played by Charles Gray. In Agente 007 - Si vive solo due volte (1967) and Agente 007 - Al servizio segreto di Sua Maestà (1969), Blofeld was bald, and portrayed by Donald Pleasence and Telly Savalas, respectively. In minor roles and appearances, Blofeld was bald in the unofficial appearance in Solo per i tuoi occhi (1981), but had hair in Agente 007 - Thunderball: operazione tuono (1965), A 007, dalla Russia con amore (1963), and the unofficial movie, Mai dire mai (1983).
