Amazingly, the Mary Tyler Moore Show had an animated spinoff! Mary Tyler Moore spunoff Rhoda, which was another Emmy Award winning hit for CBS. And then Rhoda spunoff Carlton Your Doorman, a 1980 animated special which aired on CBS and starred Lorenzo Music the eponymous and faceless doorman from Rhoda. And like its parent shows Carlton won an Emmy for best animated special, but it was not picked up as a series.
