(at around 2h 15 mins) In the script, Peter Parker's death wasn't drawn out like it was in the movie. The only written line was "I don't feel so good". The filmmakers wanted more emotion, and Tom Holland's performance is what came out of it. The filmmakers confirmed that Spider-Man's spider-sense helped alert him, and that is part of why his disappearance was more drawn out than it was for others.
