The Number 9 Man (The Grand Curator) states "grokking some super weird junk". "To grok" is a word coined in the Robert Heinlein book "Stranger in a Strange Land" which means "to comprehend fully". The word was introduced in the book as part of the Martian language and The Number 9 Man uses this word while on Mars.
