Season 4 Episode 5 was called 'I was a middle aged Werewolf'. This is a Michael Landon in-joke as one of his earliest appearances had been in the movie 'I was a Teenage Werewolf' (1957) made thirty years previously. The character of Mark Gordon even mentions the resemblance to Jonathan in the story.
