During the sequence in the Giant Head room where Shaw, Ford, David, and Holloway investigate the room's interior, they see various things inside the room. In a very brief shot, when David points out the 'beautiful paintings', one can see the murals contain animal-like shapes similar to horses. The mural itself is similar to the mural that Holloway and Shaw found at the beginning of the movie on the Island of Skye.
