In Band Camp (2005), Jim's Dad explains to Stifler's brother Matt, that he is only counseling there because Michelle couldn't go, due to the fact that she was pregnant. However, the movie is from 2005, so, by the time of American Reunion (which is 2012), Michelle and Jim's son would have to be at least 6 years old, but in the movie, he's just 2 years old. So, either their first child died between movies, or it is just a plot hole (the later is most likely, of course).
