This was produced by the notorious Sunn Classic Pictures who were the leading "four wall" distributor of shoddily produced documentary films. By the time this film was produced, Sunn Classic Pictures had been acquired by Taft Broadcasting which gave this a much higher budget, resulting in more professional production values. It was distributed to exhibitors like most other motion pictures.
